Private Buyout Minimums
Boarding Pass Lounge private buyouts are based on a minimum spend. This means the amount goes toward Boarding Pass Lounge menu items during your event. It is not just a room rental fee — it is the minimum spend required to have a complete private buyout of the space.

How the Minimum Spend Works
Your minimum spend is used toward Boarding Pass Lounge menu items during your private event. For example, a $2,000 weekday buyout means your event has a minimum of $2,000 to be used toward menu items.
Your private buyout also includes private use of the event space and staff members to help host and serve your guests throughout the event.

Up to 6 Hours
Private buyouts are available for events up to 6 hours, based on availability, event type, and final details.
Dubai Style Food Options
Order your favourite food from anywhere and enjoy it inside the lounge. You can also bring your own catering. No outside drinks are permitted.
Menu Items

Custom Setups
Furniture moves, décor, stage setup, specialty lighting, event branding, and other custom requests may be available for an additional cost.
Additional Fees
GST, service fees, catering coordination, permits, special requests, and custom add-ons are additional and do not count toward the minimum spend.

Booking Details
A $1,000 + GST deposit is required to confirm your private buyout.
Deposits become 100% non-refundable within 30 days of the event.
A 15% service fee will be added to private events and catering services arranged through us. This is additional and does not count toward the minimum spend.
